My first acting                experience

This is my first film experience.

In 2015, I took a course on drama and performing arts.

I was in 9th grade at that time.

I took the course on drama and performing arts from actress Rupa Pathirana.

No doubt all of you have seen her on TV.

Recently, she became more popular among the people through the popular tele drama Nadagamkarayo.

She has contributed by acting in many tele dramas and has also received state awards so far.

She really taught us very kindly like a mother.

I am very happy and humbled and proud of the opportunity to learn from a teacher like her.

At the end of the course, I also got an opportunity to act in the children's film Suwada Kekulu Mal directed by her.

 It is the first children's film I have acted in and it is my first experience.

That gave me an opportunity to meet many veteran actors and actresses in the industry.

It is a blessing to work with them.I gained many more experiences because I got to hang out with them.

I also got a chance to sing the song in this film which is my first experience.

After making and releasing this film, I have got more opportunities through it.

After that I also acted in films and I left them because of my O/L exam.

I am really glad that I got such an experience.
